Buyer Fees

At Middletown Valley Title, we do not believe in hidden or underlying charges. Our standard fee for a buyers refinance or purchase is $795.00 plus Title Insurance, Title Search and Government Recordation Fees. *** Settlement Fee includes remote closings.

The one standard fee includes Settlement Fee, Title Exam, Title Binder, Lien Releases, Document Preparation, Overnight and Wire Fee.

Seller Fees

Our standard fee for sellers are $350.

Additional fees:

• $275-$325 for Deed & Document Preparation
• $85.00 for Power of Attorney.
• $85.00 for Subordination Preparation.

House Location Surveys will vary with the size and location of the property and will be payable to the survey company at the time of the closing.
